Download the app to your phone

You can charge it on any USB port, so computer or USB phone charger

Using the app you can set goals and targets, join friends and set up your viewing preferences

If you hold down the button on the side till it buzzes, you can start a timer. Handy if you're wanting to do some exercise and either monitor time, distance, steps etc. To stop, hold till it buzzes again.

I usually charge it while I'm having my shower. Stops it going totally flat.

For maximum accuracy, wear 24/7 (except showering)

You can use the app to set alarms and things too, so say you want to set alarms to get up and stretch your legs during the work day - you can set it to go off at various times. It's not a loud buzz so you don't disturb/alert others.
