    Default How to minimise bloat

    Hi hubbers! So it's still early days but today I'm super bloated!! I look 20weeks! How do I minimise the bloat? I'm spending two weeks with my family starting Monday and not wanting to give it away early. Help!!!

    Drink heaps and heaps of water and reduce your salt intake :-)
    Stay away from refined carbs too

    Thanks! I've been drinking heaps of water and I never have much salt. I have been eating bread though!

    I see what you mean!

    I would be cutting down refined carbs in your case if you've upped your water already. I notice this happens to me if I have toast for brekky. I'm not pregnant though

    I find its more the gluten that bloats me.
    Can eat rice, sweet potato and I'm ok with gluten free bread.
    That's if you still want some carb to bulk up your meals!

    Tonight was steak and salad. I'm usually not a red meat fan but I was loving it!

    Not yet... Though my dad has asked if I'll be drinking on Christmas. I said probably not as I'm trying to be healthy and lose weight. He said one glass of wine won't hurt....
