Eat home made every night though will use premade stuff on occasion like a PP mentioned...Oven fries, frozen burger patties, pre made sauces etc. Also do home made lunches every day too. Fri night I usually sling a pizza in the oven for DP while I'll have leftovers or something easy.

I also cook fairly big batches of certain things (bolognaise sauce, beef strogonoff, apricot chicken, curries etc) & freeze the leftovers for easy meals over the weekends generally.

Take away we have on special occassions...birthdays, anniversaries, Mothers/Fathers Day etc and is always either Thai/ Chinese. We go out for lunch/dinner less than a handful of times a year & it's always a family get together when we do.

No one else prepares meals around here but me!!😁 DP's not to be trusted using the stove!!😁 In his defence...I will say he grows a bit of fresh produce/herbs for us to eat😊

I cook homemade meals every night, although that does include some pre-packaged stuff like oven baked chips. Lunches are always made at home too, but DH gets a pie once a week from the bakery. We might get a pizza once a fortnight maybe? Take-away food is so expensive now-a-days so we really don't have it much.

On the rare occasion I'll take myself out for a sandwich at the cafe, but not very often. I can make better at home! I also try and bake cake/bikkies etc instead of buying them. Home made is always nicer I reckon

I make everything from scratch for 6 nights per week, then one takeaway or out for dinner. Occasionally we'll have dinner at my mums or ILs.

I take my lunch to work on the 4 days that I work, I buy lunch at work about once every 3 months, then other days we either have leftovers or will go to a cafe.

I make everything from scratch every second night (we eat leftovers every second day). Some days I make meals that last 1 night. We rarely have takeout. Maybe once a month?

We don't get takeaway at all and we don't have those bought frozen meals. We cook from scratch pretty much daily or take something we prepared earlier out of the freezer if we can't be bothered cooking or are heading out or getting home late from somewhere.
