Ive used orgalutran a lot and Ive never ovulated early. What does Luveris do? perhaps its the antagonist? I would think it very strange they didn't give you something to stop ov from happening.

Im another poor responder but have had varied responses so sometimes its just a good vs a dud cycle, its the only explanation Ive ever had. Elonva didn't work for me either, I ended up going IUI as we only had 1 or 2 follies. My best cycles have been after a serious bout of healthy living before hand, exercise, and very very good girl style living..so this is what Im banking on for our last shot.

Billie what amount of FSH do they put you on?

My FS and the other RPA docs have all said that 375 is their limit as they believe going over is bad for egg quality - Im usually on 375 and have had anything from 6 eggs to 2 eggs and some in between so its not consistent

Oh no!!! Surely they can do something!!!! With your bum and my freaky face we would be good pair

I'm sure there are natural remedies that can do something - like apple cider vinegar soaked in a cotton balls and shoved up there? See if you can Google that, I'm sure I've heard of a natural remedy that has worked for a friend - I'll try and find out what it was..

Why on earth do I get so much fertile CM when I'm not on IVF meds? I have a feeling I'm similar to @Summer and would fare much better off IVF meds when ttc. But obviously as a single gal that's not really possible. So frustrating not having access to swimmers! I wish Monash allowed IUI for my age.
Anyway, I have just booked my next CT trip with transfer for 11 March. This should give me enough time to get things underway with Dr M & get the HyCoSy done and do any follow up treatment. If I don't end up with the same result as @JulieMalooley and @Bongley....and hopefully @Precious40 I just don't know what I'll do!!
You will @Tahli but yep it would be stressful.
Good luck @Precious40 - I have a good feeling in my waters about this one !

Please do @Summer, that would be great. She did also say that I can usethe dulcolax drops also, which work a treat. Ironically I followed the dose on the bottle 10-20 drops and even though it took around 24 hours, when it went through me, it REALLY went through me and I went from one extreme to the other. I actually think the extreme diahorrea that it gave me caused the grapes as I couldnt get off the loo for some time. I've fine tuned it and around 5 drops still takes a day but is perfect for me so I guess I'll keep that up but would rather a better, natural option. From past experience though, when its 'out' there, it has NEVER gone away for me, or even subsided.

@Summer you poor thing too, this health stuff is really knocking you around. Sorry to hear it. We're looking into the DE thing but are going to go local, would you need to dip into your super if you did it here?

@Billie2 my understanding with that AMH is that you will still ovulate just fine for now. You still have eggs in reserve. It just means that you are getting closer to running out. Mine was around 10 and I always ovulated, but I think my age-related-quality was just crap.

I really feel for you @JulieMalooley. My sister and I both say that during pregnancy there isn't one part of your body that doesn't change/get effected in some way. Like you, for me it was the bottom end of things, little fissures. I didn't give birth vaginally so no damage there and DS didn't drop into the birthing position (he stayed high up under my ribs & breast) so I think that helped to keep my bladder in good shape. But the back end's a different story. I should have done more kegals to keep muscle tone in that area too. I'm guessing with the weight of twins you'll be doing them every-where!

@JulieMalooley here is a link - lots of success stories - try it diluted first!
    http://www.earthclinic.com/cures/hem...tml#acv_157050

@tuxcat the donor program I am looking at is the Traveling Donors which is very similar to going to CT but they just bring the girls here, and then under Australian laws they have to be known donors which is what we wanted. It all happens in Brisbane under Wazza and then the embryos are stored here for future transfers which makes things easier.

But it will cost close to $20K by the time it's all done, so yep, super will be needed. If I did just have my friend donate, then it's not anywhere near as much, so I'm still hoping for that to happen, but she hasn't gotten back to me for a while so I think she's not that keen - so I'm looking at the other option. Because you have to pay for the girl's flights, accommodation, the organisers fees etc it makes it reasonably expensive - but probably the same difference as if we traveled to CT.

Sigh. It's a worry, isn't it. You know what, you've inspired me to go and get it done though. I think I'll just ask my GP for a test.
