Anyhoo..I cracked open a FRER and the rest is history.

You would get a definitive answer tomorrow....Just saying!!

Totally understand you wanting to hang on to BT though so will keep and sending prayers instead!!!xo
@Precious40 - it may well be a good sign. I am like BIB AF just starts for me and keeps going. I also don't get any brown spotting or smearing before it just starts red ( sorry TMI). If I did get brown spotting or smearing in the TWW I'd get excited in my case! The fact the spotting hasn't progressed suggests it's implantation spotting.

good luck@Blossom74 - it's exciting for you to finally be on the road. I'm on day 3 of stimms. Ok so far but generally I get no physical or hormonal symptoms from the stimms ( touch wood that continues for this cycle). I have had very vivid fantasmogorical dreams on the melatonin and although I dream, these are different. But hey they're good dreams which is better than bad ones.

So I just spoke to my Nurse. We are all set to start Clomid and Gonal-F on 25/01/16. They want me to take 5 days worth of the Clomid which is 'normal' for me, but 10 days of Gonal-F in an effort to recruit more follicles and grow them to size. I told her that if they stretch the Gonal-F out for 10 days I am basically guaranteed to ovulate before I get to my scan on 03/02/16.

The Doctor has prescribed Orgalutran for me. I've never had it before. Apparently it will stop me from ovulating? Has anyone tried it before and what are your thoughts? I am petrified I will grow all these beautiful follies and then jump the gun on everyone and ovulate....

I've not had a proper period since coming off the OCP in January of last year. I'm not kidding - all I get are a few brown smears and small brown clotting, and absolutely NO red blood at all. It makes it really hard to tell if this is really AF or something else....

When I got my implantation bleeding it was different. I knew what it was right away. It was the tiniest amount of brown blood, interspersed with some clear fluid. I think it happened three times from memory, over the space of one day. 'Normal' people wouldn't have even noticed it, it was that light. The only reason I saw it was because being the paranoid android that I am, I was wiping BEFORE I had used the loo. Otherwise I would have not seen it. I'm a bit of a sicko too. I kept the paper with the implantation bleeding on it. It's in Blossom's memory box. Next time it happens I will know what to look for.....

    Now THAT's TMI

@Blossom74 I was on Elonva and Puregon for stimms last round, with Orgalutran antagonist. I didnt bruise at all. Bad news though is that I only had 2 eggs on retrieval and felt I lost my ovary pain and my bloat day of my retrieval. I had retrieval on CD12, and I felt it was too late. On my last scan I had 4 mature follies and 6 that that they felt may of caught up. But only 2 eggs!? Am yet to have my WTF appt to address my concern.

Orgultran stops you from ovulating. The needle is a bit blunter than the stim needles. You will be fine. Heres to a great cycle blosson. Fwiw my success cycle i was on clomid as well.

I wouldn't feel obligated to tell anyone anything love. I think that part of the journey is allowed to be kept private. That is between you and your partner and your child. A simple "We're pregnant!" is probably all they need to know.

I am used to having 7 days of Gonal F, but last time at my scan I was told to trigger that night - it was time to collect them! I am a poor responder anyway, and only got 2 follies last cycle. I have been told though that if there are not enough follies I can cancel the round.

Yes, sadly sometimes follies can be empty and contain no eggs at all. Sometimes they contain more than one egg too! Of all the follies I have had collected (4 in total) there was a single egg in each. I imagine as you get closer to the time where your egg supply is running out the follies still arise naturally but they don't contain the egg you need. Maybe chat to your FS and he might be able to do a test and see where you stand as far as where your egg reserves are at?

    Good luck @Precious40!
Why on earth do I get so much fertile CM when I'm not on IVF meds? I have a feeling I'm similar to @Summer and would fare much better off IVF meds when ttc. But obviously as a single gal that's not really possible. So frustrating not having access to swimmers! I wish Monash allowed IUI for my age.
Anyway, I have just booked my next CT trip with transfer for 11 March. This should give me enough time to get things underway with Dr M & get the HyCoSy done and do any follow up treatment. If I don't end up with the same result as @JulieMalooley and @Bongley....and hopefully @Precious40 I just don't know what I'll do!!
