    Precious, I don't have a crystal ball, but could it be implantation bleeding? I had a brown and clear discharge which turned out to be exactly that.

    Fingers crossed @ Precious40. Surely if it was AF starting it would be red though, not brown? Sounds like old Implantation bleeding to me...

    the weight thing...

    Ive been doing a 1200 calorie a day thing now for a couple of months, have lost about 4 kgs but the past 3 weeks have been mostly above 1200 cals !! Yesterday I had 3 ice creams!!!! yes i said 3

    today tho Im back on the plan..Ive lost weight without hammering the exercise which has been the first time ever. Just stick it all in an app called myfitnesspal and I've actually gotten used to eating a lot less and choosing lighter options to keep within the goal. If I go out I just have what i like but for most of the time I stick to it or only go over by 50 or so. Alcohol is a killer though, it takes you over after 1 glass of wine so luckily thats now out of the equation. I figure if I can keep at it most of the time its better to go over occasionally than trying to go full on and get sick of it too soon and just give up. Longevity is the key and its definitely reigned in the snacking.

    I am too afraid of weighing myself tho, will give it 2 weeks before I do!! I too need to get back into the exercise, it definitely helps

    xmas/new year you've got to let yourself have some fun I think!
