I spoke to FS#2 about the 42 | 43 line and it's not our birthdays. I'm working on it being 43.? and hoping to bank some embies before then. We both seem to have good egg reserves which is encouraging! We can do this!!!
@Gagingi - that's good the FS won't pull the shutters down on our 43rd birthdays! I think my FS will recommend that I stop after this third cycle if I don't get any normal embryos. I haven't decided yet and am just going to wait and see how I feel after this cycle if I get no normals for a third time. It's hard not to feel weary with this whole process particularly when there are others our age getting pregnant naturally.

Only possible structural anomolies on the morph scan though they can see certain things at the NT scan.

    good luck today @Bongley
@winsor thanks! are you having one more shot too?
@Charlie74 thats really crappy! I hope you absorb some of those pregnancy and baby hormones flying around and it just brings you good luck. Hard when you're not feeling good though isn't it. I had the girl I sat next to in my old job announce her pregnancy to me the day I got AF at the end of an IVF cycle. I couldn't believe it was happening. Sods law alright!

@Charlie74 - not a fan of NYE here either. It's like this big build up to be something magical or special and then nothing. The next day is just another day and nothing has changed.

@Charlie74 LB prescribed me Viagra after Dr W at CFC asked me to take it when my lining was 6.8mm one week out from transfer. I then went on to the LB thread & one of the girls had just said LB's wasn't keen or wouldn't prescribe it.
On my next transfer Dr W has agreed to increased Progy & the patches which I'll start earlier, then have an earlier lining scan than normal which will give us enough time to add Viagra if need be. I might do what @BlondeinBrisvegas suggested and insert some Progy vaginally next time too.
@Bongley I can't wait to hear what your beta is this arvo. I'm sure you'll rock it!

@Charlie74 ah that sucks to be surrounded by it, constant reminders everywhere yeah, there is too much pressure with NYE. 2016 will be a better one for everyone I hope
@faithandhopellove its perfectly understandable when its been as much of a struggle that you've gone through and people don't even know or understand. My mate got UTD 3 months after me and (she is very fertile) it made me feel pretty annoyed too. It'll take a while to chill out about things, I remember pregnancy announcements still grating on me after my son was born, it makes you feel petty but it just takes a long time to come out of the IVF/infertility zone. When I did a pregnancy announcement at 20 weeks on facebook I also did a stat of how many needles and blood tests and appointments it had taken. Made me feel a little better that people knew that it had been a hard slog and not just a couple of sh@gs!
@greenlady no excuses needed! Hopefully that's your last blow out for a few months Good luck with the stimming, the 2nd is nearly here........

@Precious40 hang on in there! when is your BT?

Re New Years Eve. Maybe we should all post one New Years Resolution each that has absolutely diddley squat to do with IVF. Just one small achievable thing that will lift your spirits such as call an old friend that you've neglected due to IVF, give your furr ball an hours brush and cuddle, share a bottle of wine with your DH, take yourself off for a massage or a long walk. Just something that's attainable and makes your heart sing. Who's in?
