Ok i would have thought fert rates would be a bit higher. Has hubby had testing done to look at motility etc and whether tesa is needed? I hope you dont mind all the qn but we are a collective herd here with lots of experience if you wanted to sound any options with us.

DP's sperm is terrible, low motility, morphology etc but because with my cycles they keep saying its egg quality he doesn't think he needs to do anything different, sorry but what's tesa? I've never heard of that????

Tesa is when they take sperm from the testes and use it for icsi my hubbies sperm is bad low motility and mobility. We need to do tesa where it is better but cant do ha isci. First cycle using fresh sperm using ejaculate only had 4 fert from 10 embies. Using tesa usually get 50 or 60 percent.

The sperm could be an issue Luv I think especially as now you've put it with DE's you know were good quality (which doesn't always equate to being chromosomally ok) from a woman I'm assuming was of a pretty young age???

If you were to try again, there are supplements for a start that your DP could take to try to maximise the quality of his sperm and as @midnite01 said, TESA could also be an option too to try to find better sperm to use.

    Just a thought....

@midnite01 I did a couple of internet cheapies that got as dark as the control line. They were mid strength when the frers were dark. No cramping or spotting so I'm pretty happy so far.
