@Bongley congrats and too funny how you revealed it to dp 😄😄.
Have a wonderful Xmas ladies. I know it's a tough time for most of us on here so I hope you all find a way to enjoy the time without focusing too much on the lack of a little being there. Maybe Santa is just a little slow with our wishes but will come to the party in 2016. Here's hoping x
Green lady I think I have sleep envy - not to have ever needed sleeping tablets at our age - what bliss! I've found it similar to what @Charlie74 has said. I think it was harder to get out of bed the first week or so, but I was okay once I got going. FS suggested taking it earlier in the evening to start with - I think to allow me to work out its effect on alertness the next day. Now I find I can take it half an hour before bed and no issues even if its 3am. I do sleep more deeply and dream more, but can be woken and alert if needed. I'm really happy about this as most sleeping tablets block REM sleep and that is not good for us.
@Charlie74 I always comb the evidence, particularity since TTC and haven't found anything to suggest any long-term or addictive issues with melatonin, but I think it has had a resurgence in popularity recently, so who knows... Funnily enough I originally heard about it at work and GPs, anesthetists, neurosurgeons, psychiatrists, nurses, OTs, neuro and clinical psychs were all happy for patients to have it - a rare moment of interdisciplinary accord! My FSs have also been happy for me to continue with it during TWW and if pregnant. However I do know that some of the nurses get a bit hesitant about it and usually it is stopped in our plans, but I was told that was just to save money. Mind you, if you don't need it to sleep once you get your BFP I imagine you too will be a supporter of the less drugs the better.
Just had transfer 2 x A+ 8 cell embryos
2 x A 8 cells in the freezer
8 x ?? Waiting to go to blasto

Thread crasher here!
I love following along with you ladies learning along the way.
I had transfer 16th December so 9dp5dt. My clinic is closed until 4th jan. I snuck in to my gp yesterday 8dp5dt for sneaky blood test - beta 30 and progesterone 29.9. I think beta is good for how early it is but is that progesterone ok?
400mg pessaries 2xday currently. On 3rd medicated fet and finally a second line on a poas, I had never seen one and I'm 36!
Good luck to you all.
