Precious 40 great results . Good luck...

Does anyone know of any active surrogacy groups/forums in aus ? I sometimes think I am doing injustice to my embryos by transferring them inside me... so I start thinking on the surrogacy route. Any kind of help or advise would be really appreciated
@Sue77 I know there is a surrogacy section on eggdonationaustralia.com I see there is a 'All things surrogacy' section and a 'Recipients Seeking Surrogates' section too. That's about all I know though

Thanks @BlondeinBrisvegas. I appreciate that it's DS's immature way of expressing his disappointment but my god it cuts close to the bone. It's esp important to him for Mummy to make him a family when his has fallen apart this year, with me leaving his Dad. He said he doesn't feel like he's part of a family but having brothers and sisters would make him feel like he is part of one. All of his friends have siblings so that's what a family looks like to him. Bless him.
I've just got a confirmed phone apt time with Dr M for 30 Dec.

Thanks ladies for all your lovley wishes
I can't remember what the embryologist said to me I was so shocked in the results. I think I'll find out more info the morning of transfer day as to how they all are going. I'm transferring two. I think?? With all the cycles of my own eggs I've always tranfered two. But this seems to be a hard decision for us... Still unsure
@Chiefsgirl. Happy Birthday for Thursday if I forget to say it then. I'm sure you'll have a lovely Birthday. Hope baby girl gives you a few extra kicks xx

@Thali. Your little man sounds cute. He wants to be just like everyone else. I really hope you can give him his wish. Very very soon

    big hugs to you all

    xxx

@Charlie74 Good luck planting the seed in your sisters mind about egg donation. My guess is the timing won't be right for about 3 months...once she starts coming out of the newborn fog. I hope your little niece continues to get positive news over the coming days.
@JulieMalooley How many weeks are you now? I hope it was the start of movement that you felt so you can start to bond even further with your daughters. I've just made contact with Dr M up in Sydney. They're calling me back with a phone apt time but it's not looking like I can get one until Feb.
@Tahli I'm 15w2d but supposedly you can feel it earlier with twins? My belly/uterus has suddenly become far more pronounced in the last week so that may help. I really don't feel like I've bonded at all yet. Still half expecting something to go wrong and it still doesn't feel real. I can't even slightly imagine us with twins. The mental IVF scars seem to take a long time to heal.

Bugger to a feb appt. could this possibly drag out any longer for you ffs !?!?
@JulieMalooley It sounds like you are worried about the lack of bonding, can you chat to someone about it? I remember my counselor telling me of women that had trouble bonding but it was more to do with the donor egg aspect. It's not a surprise that IVF screws us up a little (or even a lot...) I remember being so jealous of pregnant women....even after my son was born
Congrats on your two little girls I don't think I knew the sex until tahli mentioned it
