(And are we taking bets on blue or pink? When will you tell hubby?)
Yes...am running an SP Bookie ring here!!!😁

@Charlie74 Good luck planting the seed in your sisters mind about egg donation. My guess is the timing won't be right for about 3 months...once she starts coming out of the newborn fog. I hope your little niece continues to get positive news over the coming days.
@JulieMalooley How many weeks are you now? I hope it was the start of movement that you felt so you can start to bond even further with your daughters. I've just made contact with Dr M up in Sydney. They're calling me back with a phone apt time but it's not looking like I can get one until Feb.
Does he have a cancellation list Luv??

Your efforts aren't futile either Luv ok?? I've got a feeling in my waters once all the investigations etc are complete that you'll get your sticky BFFP on your next FET😊xo

I have a sister 13 years younger than me. I bit the bullet and asked her if she would consider donating her eggs to me, but she said no. She is still BF her bub and plans on having more children (she only has one so far.) I certainly don't blame her for putting her family first, but it still stings none-the-less. Yes, he's been in the POAS loop I'm not sure how to tell him the sex yet. I was thinking of putting some cryptic message in a little wrapped up box for him to open with his pressies on christmas day or getting my son to tell him somehow. I don't want to be too mushy but I'd like it to be special.

Who knows what worked, having a fully hatched embryo made from a 25 year old's egg helped I'm sure! I've also had a variety of things clear up since I've been on the prednisone.

One thing I'm not sure of is when to tell my close mate who has just gone through her last ever round of IVF we've been sharing blow by blow updates of our cycles, she's just on hols at the minute. She's had an awful time of it and now yet another person is going to be UTD
I think if she asks then tell her Luv. You know what it's like to be on the other side of the fence so will find a way to break the news to her in the most loving, kind & empathetic way you can whilst still being able to acknowledge her pain/sorrow for where she's at too. I feel very sad for her myself😦 She will be happy for you Luv even if her heart's breaking at the same timexo

As for DH...How about a few baby items targeted specifically to Incy's gender like a dummy/bottle/onesie etc you can put in a box & wrap up for DH???😕

@BlondeinBrisvegas I'll take the earliest apt they offer then ask to go on their cancellation list, definitely. I did the same with LB's 8 Feb apt too. I'm going to ring LB's office weekly from when they open to double check for a cancellation.
Thank-you for your optimism. I'm finding it pretty hard to stay on the SA Donor thread as most of the girls are getting their BFPs or when they make their return trip are successful.
It's not helped at the moment by my son telling me that he hates my tummy because it's taking me so long to make a brother. So do I, my love.

@Blossom74 Ah jeeze, that must have been hard, how long ago was that? Maybe she'll change her mind eventually, but yeah, good on you for asking.

Yeah @Blossom74 Well done on getting the courage to ask your Sis. I haven't asked mine. I just couldn't do it. You're a stronger woman than me! I'm sorry she felt she couldn't help you though.

Back in March, well before I had told anyone we were even doing IVF. I just had it in my mind that being that she had recently had a bub, and that she is close friends with a lovely lesbian couple who used IVF to have their bubba, that maybe there was a small chance she might do it for me. She just said it was too much of a risk to her fertility being that she still wanted to have more babies herself. I can appreciate that, and I don't hold any bad feelings towards her for it, but oh how nice it would have been had she said yes.
