Well he is now 8, so its been a bit of a long road. After 7yrs of arguing & turning my other half around to IVF, we have just failed our first IVF. I had 2 eggs retrieved (not a high achiever apparently) 1 fertilised ICSI, transferred the battler on day 3, but no love there. We are backing up in Feb for cycle 2.

Open to any feedback. Completely understand Im not naughty forty. xx

Of course we'll bloody take you Luv!!! Welcome to the thread!!!!

Am sorry to hear you've been trying so long for number 2 and your first Cycle was a bust Hopefully your FS will try a few new things protocol-wise when you do your next Cycle in Feb.

Hi there. I'm 38 and have the same amh as you and have found this group to be the most supportive group of women ever in this journey. I've had five failed transfers so far and no clear answers so far either. I hope you get as much out of this group as I have. They've saved my sanity many a time x

Yep @BlondeinBrisvegas and @Corbes that about sums it up alright. I feel like sh*te. Only temporarily helped by the huge amount of chocolate choc-chip ice-cream devoured!!
I've just emailed CFC and unfortunately the gorgeous Dr M (female) is currently on holidays until 4th Jan, so I'm going to have to pick a different FS's brains for a treatment plan & then I'd still like Dr M to do the transfer when she gets back. It leaves me two male FS's but I saw one of them flirting with a very pretty young female nurse so I couldn't have him inserting things in my Va Jay Jay.

No you most certainly can not!!! *sniffs haughtily* Furthermore, as far as I'm concerned, you can devour whatever the fruck you like Luv in whatever amounts you please!!

In fact, I'm going to make my way to the fridge right now and cram a substantial piece of the choc chip & cherry blondie brownie I made yesterday right down my throat in a show of solidarity!!!

Am sure the final FS available to do your Cycle will be able to get the job done for you Luv with no dramas

Thank you all! The ladies on the monthly threads are just so lovely but I cant keep up with the movement and Im feeling dejavu from previous years of ttc on boards etc. Looking for a boosted protocol for next round. Im a 25day religious cycler, so I will kick off 30 January due to damn Xmas shutdown.

Thank you for being welcome to me. I guarantee Im not a fly in fly out. Nothing is simple as time goes by..

@Tahli it truly sucks that you're having to plan your next trip back to ct already. Im in awe of your determination and organisational skills you are truly amazing. I figure eat what the hell you want for a day and then get out and enjoy the weather we're having for a walk and reset of the batteries. I hope the next plan comes together as you hope it to. Thinking of you.
