Now for an egg to go the wrong way and fertilise and implant where there is zero lining and grow into a healthy baby is pretty amazing.

    WOW. That IS amazing.

I think mine was 10 or 11? I went to naturopath about 8?weeks before. She had me on the folate coq10 multivitamin and omega supplements for vegetarians ( non fish based)
She told me to eat lots of avocado and eggs for increasing lining thickness which I did. Not sure if it changed anything but I did it and had good lining. @Tahli I love Aldi! Always get eggs, Greek yogurt and halumi cheese there. So cheap! I've not heard of those brands you mentioned but will investigate. I know nothing about what to buy yet. Will get interested closer to time. Still being cautious! Thanks for the info though. I will file it away!

Dinner is made already. Shortly I am going to prepare tomorrow dinner and lunch and snacks. No joke.

my first scan lining is usually 9-10 then second around 12. though it seems to be this way even without meds (at least the earlier scan) going from other scans taken during earlier testing. so not sure the meds do much for my lining.

Do your FSs get your lining back to zip between cycles? FS#2 doesn't like to grow new grass on old, whereas FS#1 just let it do its own thing. Just wondering...

Ladies i went to my vitamin shop good earth health shops they have shops all over melb. They offer a Sunday club $11 for the card and 10% discount on sundays. I saved almost 20 bucks so paid off card already. Got bioceutical ubiquinol at a good price. I find them the most knowl of all vitamin places around.

Yep me too. I'm trying not to eat like a horse but it's all I can think about. So far I've put on 5kg which is not bad considering for week 19 with twins it should be between 4 and 7 kg so I don't feel tooo bad...
