To aid with bloodflow to your oven, ovaries (as well as the rest of your body) Luv😊

Melatonin is a hormone the "sleep" hormone our brain produces though there is some evidence to show it *may* help to maximise oue egg quality too.

@Charlie74 You and I are going to be travelling a very similar path re our FETs and lining. Monash's minimum is 6mm. LB prescribed me Viagra upon CFC's request. CFC are going to start my cycle one week early than normal and have an earlier lining scan, then if it's still low, which for me over 5 cycles has been 6.8 to 7.4mm, then they can add the Viagra. I think it's very sensible of them to add in the extra week as a buffer.
A little tip, and you may already know this, I didn't....once you start on Progesterone support (for me it's Gestone injections 5 days prior to transfer, for you I'm guessing it's Crinone) your lining won't grow any further.
It seems a lot of girls are now inserting a portion of their lining meds vaginally. I first noticed it on the Greek donor egg thread but have now noticed it popping up more and more over the Aussie threads.
Re only being on 10mgs of Progynova, apparently you can't overdose on it..but don't quote me on that!
Im going to be following you like a hawk and trying to learn as much as I can about how you've managed to boost your lining to some super dooper level!
For me I've never tried the patches, so that will be new for me. I hope they're not too expensive? And I'm going to try some Progynova vaginally as well as orally.
Sorry for such a long reply!!

@midnite01 LB recommended 4mgs. CFC recommended 6mgs. I took 10mgs. Interesting that your FS recommends 12mgs. Do you mind me asking who he/she is?

Agree Luv 😊 (am out & about at the shopping centre).

Sure...the side effects you may experience might be worse but that's it as far as I can tell.

Wazza has you on huge doses of both also😊

@Tinachris I did both Clexane and baby aspirin on my last cycle. When I asked my FS at CFC about the baby aspirin he basically told me it was a waste of time because its only the equivalent of a tiny amount of the Clexane. I'm not sure whether to take it on the next cycle. I guess I will. It's only a cheap small tablet. Just swallow it down with the rest of them!!

Am wondering where NL does the intrallipids for it only to cost $200?? Can't be at Epworth then?
Not sure if it's already been answered, but he does them in his consulting rooms at Clayton. They have a special room set up and a nurse to administer.
