Bubbles soothes my soul I tell you! There is a sense of entitlement to have some Chandon whilst Hormone free. Is this what they mean when the fertiles tell us to just relax!? 😉🍾

Omg I just can't keep up!

Hugs to those with bfn's, it truly sucks, champers does help xxxx
@Tahli a couple of ladies in my Immune group were diagnosed with adnemosis and were treated with zolodex for 3 months then got pregnant. I weaned off pred 5mg a 2 weeks at a time, I'm 23 weeks and still on it! 5 Mg for another week, then 2.5mg for one week then off.

Someone was talking about Lit? I had this done before my successful transfer. It was also my first with de, so that might have been the winning thing, not the immune stuff, but I spent truckloads on the de cycle and wanted to throw everything at it. I think it's only controversial/risky if you use donor lit, but if your DH is supplying his blood then there is no risk, it's just like being exposed to his sperm! I had two lots of treatment a month apart, and will do it again when we try for number 2.

Someone also asked about de and how you feel. It's funny because my donor clinic made everything easy for me, that nothing really seemed real till I got that bfp. Once I got that, my instincts kicked in, this is my baby, I am her mother, I still have pangs when I think she won't look like me, but really, as long as she's healthy I don't care.

My donor agreed to her bio and pics being avail but no contact. We will still let bubba know when the time is right though. I don't want to hide it from her.

    POAS report DPO8:-

Morning gals. The good news is that the POAS line is fading rapidly, the bad news is that the line is still very clear on a FRER. Grr, fade damn you!
Hoping to see it bottom out tomorrow/sun and then start to come in beginning of next week.

@Corbes @Tahli I had a hycosy when doing the investigation as to why it was taking so long to fall preg. This was back in 2010. My procedure was quick and painless. I was more humiliated than in pain being open to the world. And I was one of those stories and fell pregnant the cycle immediately after the hycosy. Of course it ended in mc, but it definitely cleared a path in there. We are unexplained. Id do it again, but age is our factor now.

@Charlie74 Ta for sharing your experience. Which clinic was it in Ivanhoe? I'm going to strongly request twilight sedation!! Hopefully LB agrees to referring me for the procedure. I'll call Kate in an hour.
@BlondeinBrisvegas No problems hun. I appreciate you have a full life beyond advising me on how to get up the duff!!
@Billie2 "The Fertilies"...love it! I thought of my gorgeous sister straight away. Time it took her to get pregnant = 1 month. Time it took me = 10 years. Yep, "The Fertiles", I'm going to be using that term again.
@Chiefsgirl Thanks for reinforcing the success of Zolodex in the treatment of adenomyosis. Fingers crossed I don't have the condition. This morning I've decided not to wean off the 25mgs of Pred. If I start Synarel in a few days for my 22 Jan transfer then there doesn't seem much point. Although the transfer won't go ahead if somethings found in the hycosy of course. It's beautiful to hear you talking about your daughter with such love. xx
37c today with no air-conditioning...flipping heck!!!

@Billie2 - there is a good book by Liane Moriarty called what Alice Forgot - a character in the book is struggling with infertility and constantly refers to the fertiles!

BTW anyone need some good summer holiday reads her books are really good - Big Little lies, what Alice Forgot and the husbands secret are the ones I've read so far.

To cut a long 37c with no air-conditioning story short. LB won't do the scan referral without seeing me in person and she's not back from holidays until 11th Jan.
This is what CFC are looking for "We would like to rule out the presence of hydrosalpinges and just also make sure that your endometrial lining is uniform and smooth."
CFC are happy for me to do increased Progynova and the patches. They'd like me to do an earlier lining scan and then introduce Viagra if necessary.
My best guess is this next CT cycle will start on Sunday with my transfer on 22 Jan.
To progress with it or not??

Thanks heaps for sharing your experiences @Billie2 and @Corbes. It sounds like quite a few of the girls on here have had it done.
@Bongley fingers crossed for a lighter line tomorrow (or tonight).
@BlondeinBrisvegas no storm imminent I'm afraid. Just sweltering it out. I hope your LOs cold passes super quickly. Wanting to help me get up the duff is the nicest offer I've had in ages.
@Charlie I might call that ultrasound clinic in the morning and see if they'll accept an overseas referral. I doubt it but it can't hurt to ask.
To spend almost $3k on this cycle or not? If it's unsuccessful it would mean having the hycosy, phone consult with Dr M in Sydney and about $12k on creating more embryos.
