Jeezuz!! @Petal40 thats very awesome. Gosh, thanks so much for that reply, I promise I'll copy and paste it so you don't have to type it ever again

I did go to a naturopath a few months before my BFP cycle and was gluten free and dairy free (for the most part) so thats interesting. We also had our best cycle yet so perhaps its worth thinking about. She just charged me an absolute arm and a leg and I got sh!tty that she left me at reception forking out nearly $500 (with no warning) for everything she had given me. So I never went back.

Has anyone found any benefits with losing weight at all? Im wondering/hoping that if I get down to a healthy weight BMI I might respond to the drugs better. I had lost a couple of kgs when i had my BFP cycle too but this time Im going to have lost a fair bit more than that. Ive seen stuff online about weight loss being good for people younger but that over a certain age studies show it doesn't do anything. Just wondered anecdotally tho..

    thanks again Petal xx

    any news @Precious40 ?

@tuxcat they can be expensive, and you have to find a good one. Mine specialised in fertility, and worked at the pharmacy where I worked - bit of a bonus really. The weight thing I agree with. My first BFP I'd lost 8 kg (the gluten & dairy free helped the weight drop off), but I saying that, that was when I had my MMC, and then proceeded to put 5 kg back on. I still managed to fall pregnant at hat weight. I think when I started IVF I was 3-5 kg over my optimum weight, then put 10kg in 1 round, in the blink of an eye! Stayed there for 12 months, until I lost 8, regained 5. I'm watching I don't put too much on during pregnancy.
