@Tahli- you need ubiquinol which is the pure form. I also use the herbs of gold one. Sometimes I'm able to get 150mg bottle and I take 3 a day and if I can only get the 100mg I take 4 of those a day. They're about $50 for a bottle of 30 in health food stores.

@midnite01 I work full time so weekends only for me. Would love to meet you all. There's is also a fabulous ivf support group I attend once a month in the city if any of you are interested in attending. Great group of women at varying stages of their journey.
@Blossom74 I live in Melbourne. Bayside so pretty close to the city. I made the bay change at the end of last year and LUV it!!
@Precious40 it sounds like these girls are questioning your poas action?!?!?
@Tahli I have bought the following from iherb online vitamin e 1000, calcium which is the same as caltrate, a b complex specific one which the naturopath said is good if you have mthfr mutations. From my naturopath I get the coq10 ubiquinol. It's the highest dose available. The second highest is from a brand bioceuticals which you can buy from most bigger chemists or health food stores. I used to buy that but my naturopath said the one she has is better and looking at the dose I would agree. Do you see a naturopath or Chinese herbalist/acupuncturist? She also gives me a pre natal that is also high in folate rather than folic acid which is no good for those with immune issues. Anyway if you want more info just message me. Happy to provide a more detailed list.

Hello to everyone else this eve. Seems the rains are bothering Sydney just as much as the fires are for us here in vic. Crazy Mother Nature. She's pi$$ed with us!

@midnite01 the brand I take is metagenics which you can only get from a naturopath. I used bioceuticals before. Both are pricey at about $40+ a bottle.
