I hide mine under the bed and on top of the cupboards because I'm afraid the kids will unwrap them!
Their Santa sacks are sitting empty under the tree and will be filled once they are in bed on Christmas Eve.
Pre-kids I used to arrange nicely under the tree.

Arrange nicely under and throughout the tree so they can be seen if possible. Last year you couldnt see half the presents as they spewed from the tree because there were so many

It doesn't take very long at all. There are very few presents under our tree - maybe one each for DH and me, and 2 or 3 for DD.

5 minutes? I arrange them around the base. I like them to be slightly overlapping.

DH just decided to buy DS a mountain bike for xmas! So with big pressies we do the string present wrap - the last santa present DS will open will be a small box with a note inside it saying "follow me" where there will be string attached to the box - it will be weaved throughout the house, out the sliding back door and outside will be his bike with a big red bow on it! We've done it with his trampoline and swing set and dad did it for all our big presents when growing up
