    Default Night Tremmors

    Hi all,
I am only new here and after some advice please.
My 22 month old son has been having night tremmors for the last few months now, is this normal for children? And normal for his age?

Does anyone know what causes them? Can we do anything to stop them? Is there anything we should be doing while he is having one to help sooth him or should we just let him go?

    TIA

My DD2 used to have night terrors. We found it was mostly caused by late nights.

Looking back in retrospect at the nights she had them something had gone different in our regular routine that put her out if whack.

Not much seemed to help while she had one other than sitting with her in her room and gently holding her so she wasn't alone
