Ohhhh good luck @Miisalina!! I will be checking in regularly for your news....
Has baby @miissalina made an appearance yet?
I think I will be triggering in the next few days eeekkk! I have another blood test tomorrow morning
@Bongley were you more relaxed the second time around? I've not been so anal this time regards doing the injections at exactly the same time each day and have even been having a few glasses of red wine (I heard it was good for my lining?) At my scan this morning I had 6 large follicles (largest was 16mm), 9 small ones and my lining is 9.8mm grade c
Molros exciting times!! yes I think I started slacking off once I got into double figures it was a bit of a worry actually because I did start making mistakes, forgetting to inject , leaving my meds out of the fridge, getting the doses mixed up ack. Best of luck gal
How are you doing @miissalina!!!!!??????
Thanks for thinking of me ladies
What a ****ter of a day I've had lol so Tuesday at ob appnt my blood pressure was abit high so got bloods done the next day and this morning got a call from obs rooms saying he wants to see me today.
So waiting around having anxiety I seem to have developed pre eclampsia!!! Seriously cannot believe all the issues I've had it gets me down cause I keep thinking what's the next issue going to be.
So he checked my cervix again after having a sweep on Tuesday and still only 3cm dilated he said induce me Tuesday but he did some reflex test and decided hell induce me tomoro morning 😮
Currently in a room and ment to be having a good nights sleep lol don't see that happening.
So the plan is break my waters then start me on syntocin drip.
Stupidly I googled this drip and now I'm worried about it.
Was anyone of you girls induced with this drip? How did it make you feel?
Also tossing up on epidural or not.
Scared ****less something mite go wrong but trying to keep positive thoughts. @Molros sounds like your follicles sizes are pretty spot on, ur more relaxed attitude will probly help they always say stress causes issues so it's a good thing you are more relaxed then the last time… good luck xx @Bongley morphology scan soon, so exciting it feels like time has flown with ur pregnancy , maybe not for u though lol
@miissalina oh my gosh, what a stressful time for you. I had my waters bbroke and was induced with my son with the drip, honestly it was fine, a pretty easy labour, (about 7 hours) and birth but I got an epidural as soon as I started feeling pain. I had morphine too which I wouldn't bother with again, just made me groggy. I had a tear but that's par for the course I think and healed up just fine.
Your baby will be here soon safe and sound.
@miissalina i had my waters broken too and put on the drip. It was all fine but it does start the contractions strong and regular (mine were about a min apart straight away). My labour was pretty long and i had an epi about 4-5hrs in i think but i was very lucky and didn't tear. Best of luck, will be thinking of you xx
