Can anyone tell me, if I baked some scrolls just now, is it ok to leave out not refrigerated until tomorrow? I made one with bacon and cheese. Another with apple and sultanas.
I find putting in the fridge the dough is not as nice and I want to pack it for the kids lunch tomorrow. Thanks in advance.

I reckon it would be ok for a night. where are you located and what's the weather like? I'm in Melb and it's quite cool tonight, I reckon overnight would be ok.

I am in sydney, it's about 21 degrees so not too hot.
I figured it's no different to getting a cheese and bacon from the shops which isn't refrigerated but just wanted to check. Thanks !!
