Yeah thread went off track for a little while there, but that's ok- onwards and upwards from here!

Well, as upwards as a thread of this nature can be!

Anyway - I let my preschooler finish his wiz (while grabbing him to make sure he didn't move in the direction of the mess). When we were outside the cubicle I grabbed a bunch of flushable cleaning wipes out of my DS's bag (... Every good mum keeps cleaning wipes in her kids bag ) tossed them under the offending cubicle door and said "here's some cleaning wipes."

Maybe if you are taking a tampon out and it's full mess could flick everywhere

Default Wwyd: Saturday night shoes (sort of) scenario

How do you know it was period blood?

I mean 2 x 50c coin is some serious dripping.

Anyway, I must be the worst mum because I never have wipes on me these days as all my kids are nappy free.

I have never used flushable wipes and I would urge anyone to stop using them as they're the worst for blockages.

Click on "what's the problem" in that link and it will tell you many facts about flushable wipes.

You don't have to flush the wipes.
Disposable nappies are bad for the environment too..

Maybe you don't flush them but heaps of other people do. 75% of blockages are because of flushable wipes, so clearly people do flush them down the loo.

I think the problem with flushable wipes is they just aren't. Not at all. The damage they are causing is enormous. So it's basically a big fat lie.

We don't try and flush nappies. Yes they are also a massive problem but it doesn't take away the problem with the wipes.

If you use flushable wipes to clean blood or poo and don't flush what do you do with them?
