My 14mo gets up at 5 every day. I wish she would go back to sleep after a morning bottle! Your routine sounds great. I just let Bub guide me.

Routine for DD2 who is 10 months next week is:

    7am: wake and breastfeed
    8am: breakfast
10am: nap time ( I wake her at 11 and breastfeed)
    12pm: lunch
    1pm: breastfeed if she likes
    2pm: nap (wake by 4pm)
    Another feed if she wishes
    5-5:30pm: dinner, shower
    6:30pm breastfeed
    7pm bed

I'd suggest, you give the bottle At 5-' especially if it gets him back to sleep can you give a half at that time? But you wake same time every morning regardless so always wake at 7am and offer another bottle at that time. I had the opposite shocking 1st baby sleeper and dream second baby sleeper.

Default 10 month old feed/sleep routine

Thanks all. Ive been offering a bit less at the 5am feed, then giving a bit more milk after breakfast. In the past week, he's slept right through until around 7 four times, and woken at 5 (had some milk and gone back to sleep) the others.

Really appreciate everyone's input - thank you.
