Whilst I'm not getting acupuncture for morning sickness I did feel awful when I went on Tues. cramps and nausea .. Acu said he was focusing on stabilizing everything mostly but I walked out with absolutely no cramps and tummy felt perfect. Instant cure! But I did still get some yesterday. Mine seems to hit at 3am and 3pm without fail!!!

Hi Guys & welcome @ElleEm87! Hope you are all doing well? @woof5105- all still good? Glad the acupuncture is helping @MrsTugs- hope all of your bleeding has now stopped? @ttc1981 & elleem87 I've been pretty lucky and haven't had MS too badly (7wks today *yay*)- just a little queasy every now and then to which I have been stuffing myself full of sugar....fell off the 'no sugar' wagon on the weekend and have been on a steady downhill run since then! Have even succumbed to dairy....and had a small coffee with a customer yesterday aaarrrggghhh! Why do I have no willpower! So hard though to keep saying no to everything without making it plainly obvious that you are avoiding things because you are pregnant! And not to mention Silly season...how hard is it to avoid having a beverage at this time of year without it being obvious....especially when I am known to loooove a drink! So have been avoiding those at all costs....
I have some of the ginger and B6 tablets, that I had when I was pregnant the last couple of times and MS was a killer, so maybe they might help?
    Take care xo

Yeah such a hard season to be in first trimester that's for sure. Though on the flip side it's a perfect time to make the most of cute announcements.

Bleeding has slowed and I've now just got constant brown spotting. At least it's not a shock any more and it doesn't freak me out!

    Hope everyone else is well!

Oh glad to hear you are doing well @MrsTugs
I haven't had any more bleeding .. Just counting down now til my scan!
MS is being a bit of a pain but am still eating so that's good. I am finding I am starving but can only eat small amounts before feeling full (then rapidly too full if I keep eating).

Am also struggling with the heat. It's actually not hot here in Perth at all and I'm in aircon all day and still feeling hot and sweaty!!!

The weather has been great here hadn't it? It was 28 yesterday! Amazing. It's been in the 40s on the east coast all week.

I know exactly what you mean about food. Always hungry but immediately full haha. It's ridiculous....

Hello ladies! I would like to join you here- I've been following for a week or so but not brave enough to join but we had our first scan at 7w on fri and there it was in the right spot with a heartbeat so I guess it's actually real! This is my 6th IVF attempt after a 2 year journey and 1 previous miscarriage so I'm still in a bit of disbelief and I'm quite anxious as I'm sure a lot of you can relate to.
My due date is 8-8-16 (little bit cool because 8+8=16!)
so far I'm one of the lucky ones that doesn't spew! I get really mild nausea only sometimes and I'm hungry to the point of getting home from work and demolishing whatever I can find and then needing to go and nap because I'm tired but other than that I'm fine. I can't wait till I can stop the extra meds- I'm under a fairly out there specialist so am still on a truckload of extra progesterone, pred, clexane and aspirin. I'm so sick of pessaries! Particularly when they leak a bit and I'm terrified it's bleeding. Oh the other thing I've noticed is my sense of smell- often bad smells!

Anyway hope you are all well. No doubt we can all settle each other's crazies over the coming months. I've got some mild cramps/pulling pains today- has anyone else had those?!
