Welcome @Alittleray! Another set of twins!! This thread is full of twins so you have come to the right place lol. Congrats on the 12 week scan.

@woof I feel a lot better now my clinic thought from what I described that it was just an irritated cervix. It has stopped completed now so I'm relieved! Will be glad to get to the Dr this avro though! Good luck with the 12 week how exciting!!

Waiting for my scan and got a phone call from my OB. Have an appt with her next week - she called to tell me to organise a referral to see the maternal-fetal medicine unit ... So I am officially high risk. Now have to see if I can see the doc that I want (and everyone loves so he books out really early).

I haven't read through yet (might take a little while!)

I am trying for my 2nd. I had 2 chemical pregnancies last year, then a freeze all stim cycle with terrible egg quality (we got 3 embryos out of 23 mature eggs). The first fet didn't do anything. The 2nd one was transferred on the 19th, on the 21st I started bleeding heavily. On the 25th I had bloods to check my progesterone (I was still bleeding) which came back at 29! So I took a pregnancy test and low and behold there was a faint line! The bleeding stopped yesterday, but the line was all but gone this morning. Being the addict that I am I took a second test a few hours later and BAM! strongest line yet (stronger than either of the previous chemicals!)

I know the odds are really low with the bleeding, cramping and late implantation, but this is the best so far, and held on the longest. I'm going to ask my gp for bloods tomorrow so I can relax a little

All good with my appointment with the obstetrician this afternoon, heartbeat still beating strong so all good. I've booked in to have a 10 week scan and am going to have the genesyete ( not sure how u spell it) testing done for all genetic issues etc. it only is a 5 day turn around so happy with that I thought it was much longer! Maybe because all the testing is done here

Got a referral today from my gp and will call them tomorrow to see what the go is. GP wrote out the referral to one of the other docs that is part of the maternal fetal unit cos he couldn't find Craig in his system .. Grr! So will have to see if they can get me in to see him. Fingers crossed!!!!!

I know it's early but I'd love to join you ladies. Just found out today I'm 4 weeks due in October from first fet transfer I've got a scan at the end of February. Question how did you go about finding a specialist ? Did u ask your fertility clinic who they recommend ? I'm in Perth. Thanks ?

    Thanks for the welcomes ladies.

Hopeful that's great news. You must be feeling very relieved. I've read alot of good things about the Genesyte test. I had to do Harmony as due to carrying twins which takes 2 weeks. They have already had to rerun the test, so already not feeling too confident, but thankfully the combined testing at 12 weeks gave use some reassurance. Hope the days to 10 weeks go fast for you!
Woof, congrats on a nice wriggly bub at scan.
