    Default iPhone & advice

Hi all, I have the old iPhone 4, yes I know it's old.
It has started to play up as in turn off in the middle of doing something or just out of the blue.
I have spoken to Apple and they said they can't replace it and to do a software update. I've done that and I'm just over that. So I'm thinking of getting a new phone.

Now.....how would I get all my photos and contacts to the new phone?

    Thank you

If you get a new iPhone, you can just sync your old phone to iTunes on the computer to back up, then plug in the new phone and sync it, and all of your stuff will move over to the new phone.

Yes it's very easy! I recently upgraded from the 4s to the iPhone 6 & everything was exactly the same. Even remembered all my browsing windows in safari etc it was actually a bit disconcerting lol.

Yes I really enjoy my new phone OP, probably a bit too much! I use my phone a lot for work so the 4G is great as the Internet is a lot faster. The downside is you do use more data so keep that in mind when choosing a plan. The new camera is really good. I would suggest paying extra for the 64GB version if you are going to take a lot of photos & video. The bigger screen took a few days to get used to but now I love it. I had my old phone for almost 4 years and the technology has come a long way in that time!

I do struggle a bit more holding my 6S but omg the camera is AMAZING. I take a lot of photos and I'm so glad I upgraded.

I got the 6S and can't use it yet as I can't backup my old phone. It's driving me nuts!! 😡 Heading to the Apple Store (1.5 hr drive) in a few days to sort it out.
