    Mojitos. Especially when it's hot.

I'm actually not massive on cocktails. I definitely prefer the simpler ones...Cosmo, aviation, Tom Collins etc.

I don't like a lot of ice clogging up my drink and hindering my drinking experience either.

I'd probably take a normal champagne or wine over a cocktail to be honest

Trust me I just bought plenty of wine ( red and whites) and champagne as well!

    Thanks for everyone's suggestions
    - I bought all the stuff for the Moscow mule ( with vanilla vodka!) all the stuff for Mojitos and I'm going to try a white Sangria ( white wine, peach schnapps, cloudy Apple juice, lemonade , lime juice , mint and pomegranate seeds - recipe stolen from my fav Mexican restaurant!) plus scotch ( that's all DH wanted) and beer - lucky no one has to drive!

I'm another pimms punch fan. Lovely in the Australian heat!

Everyone's very exited! ( except I'm now exhausted shopping and prepping and packing everything! ) I'll report back Monday night with how it all went!
