Congrats on being PUPO @Billie2 sounds like an awesome day to me!
@Evelynmoo the nurse was happy with my first beta, I however was very skeptical. It probably didn't help that I just had a bad feeling about that cycle to begin with but the level just seemed so low to me. I tried very hard to be positive and not compare it to dd's much higher numbers and dr google also told me that frozen embryos can produce lower numbers since they usually implant later. I went for a blood test 3 days later and the numbers were just under double. At that stage they said they were on the fence about it but I knew in my heart at that stage that it wasn't going to end well. Another 3 days later the levels were just under double again and that's when they said it wasn't to be. It was the pattern of doubling that told them something wasn't right but although everyone says that one low number isn't enough to say I things aren't going well, I found it to be a big indication in my case.
Based on what you've said, I really hope there's only one in there for you so you have a happy and healthy pregnancy. If it makes you feel any better, I know a girl who is super short (but not as tiny overall as you) and had triplets and they all ended up ok but the odds are that's it's just the one healthy bub.

Im loving my 3 podium finishers. I am praying so hard, staying super calm and doing yoga. I managed to score an appt at a local fertility acupuncturist at Cronulla right before my transfer. That will put me in a calm state (well till I have to conquer traffic into the city to the clinic). Im already on my crinone and aspirin. My bday falls in my 2ww. My work have planned a joint lunch and I am not keen. I love a wine and I wanted to avoid any situations that would reveal I am not drinking. Will be a tough one.
@Tanej78 Im so sorry you have been on this path since 2007. Thats longer than me! I thought I was long enough. I went off the pill in January 2009.

Im actually cycling to the day with @Staaz who was previously with us here.

Also does anyone remember @Evelynmoo ? Well she has some amazing news to share. Hopefully tagging her might bring her here to share.

Best of luck and Im glad this thread is still here. I feel comfortable here..
@Lovebubs77 Definately 1. Id lose my mind with possibility of twins. We have an 8yr old son, and he would think it was hilarious. Knowing my luck! I dont think Id qualify for a double. Still in my 30's (just) and only 2nd round.
Hi everyone! Didn't realize this thread was still going. Lovely to catch up with you all.

I had ET today so am officially PUPO. Feeling quite nervous after the chemical last time so fingers crossed things go well this time around...

Best of luck to you all xo

Thanks so much @Annerley. My bloods are being done every 48 hours so I know the levels probably wont be double but I'm also happy to know my GP has offered to do an early US in about 2-3 weeks to check for ectopic.

I know the little cub is still in there because today even though I am not constantly thinking about food I have had little fillings of urgh in my tummy every now and then lol

Congrats on being PUPO @Staaz I agree with you and @MrsSMS as I imagine that next time around I'll be a bundle of nerves. Fingers crossed that this time goes much better for you!
@Evelynmoo with dd my hcg doubled every 28hrs but this time was 80-90hrs so it was a huge difference. Apparently normal is anywhere from 24-72hrs but it seems in early pregnancy that if it's healthy then it should really be well inside the 72hr mark so that's definitely why I wasn't hopeful when my was doubling even slower than that. You'll be fine for sure Hun. I really do believe that strong starting levels mean a higher chance that everything is going as it should.
Unfortunately now that I've had one ectopic, the chances of it happening again are 15% so I'll have to have a scan about 1 week after getting any further bfps to rule it out. I'm hopeful that it was just a once off occurrence and that they'll be more mindful of where they put the next little embryo when they next transfer after all of this.

Thanks everyone! Sorry things didn't work out for you this time, @Annerley. If it's any consolation my FS says that most women who have a chemical pregnancy go in to have successful pregnancies in the future. Still, I think the more you experience the different ways things can go wrong the more nerve wracking this whole process is - that's certainly what it's like for me, anyway! I really hope that the next cycle is a better outcome for you.

Deadpool must be just the thing to take everyone's minds of our situation! We're off to see it later this afternoon, once we've got our work done. I feel like a kid being rewarded lol.

Great to see some good news coming through on this thread, congrats @Evelynmoo and hoping for a drama free TWW for @Staaz & @Billie2

@babybeanie DH and I are faced with the same choice, one normal PGD in freezer or do a stim... And I think we will do fet just because of $$ too don't want to spend if the Frostie could be our take home baby. FET date will depend on what type of cycle your doing, is it HRT, stim or natural? And how old embie is, so 5day will be 5 days from OV date. So as a generic number day 19/20?
I'm doing a natural FET. Embie is 6 days old I'm pretty sure (feels like the last stim cycle was a blur!)

DH is overseas at both the start & end of March so I was trying to guesstimate if he was going to be here for transfer, BT days.

Have you decided if you'll do the FET now?
