@Lovebubs77 - oh so sorry to read this! I had a similar situation last years. First scan was fine - 2nd scan was 2 weeks later with my obstetrician and she scanned just to see what things were happening and no hb. I sat there completely shocked and had no idea what to do.

We opted for a d&c as I wanted it over quickly. Then I took almost a year off to get over it - but it's tough.

Sending you massive hugs and I really hope that you get through this ok.

Oh another reason I chose d&c was I wanted to do DNA testing ... Turned out it was monosomy x. So only 1 sex chromosome. It's typically fatal prior to birth but those that do live have all kinds of problems. That helped us to be more accepting of it as we know it is a random mutation (so if you have it in one embryo there isn't a higher risk of having it again). And I know it wasn't anything I did or didn't do. Still was tough but there was a reason and that helped.

Huge hugs Hun I had my d and c last week on Wdnesday mine is getting tested for chromosomal issues which takes 2 months. Hopefully I get an answer as to why it didn't stay around. It absolutely sucks and it is so very, very sad no other words can help and no one except for you will know how much it hurts you..You might take a few months physically to get ready again for a stim after a d and c. My FS said 6 to 8 weeks. PM me if you need to talk and take care xo

As some of you may remember I had a BFP from my last cycle in November. Last Monday I had my first scan & there was a heartbeat, but it was a little slow & growth was 8 days behind. I prepared for the worst & at my follow up scan today we had no heartbeat. Growth had stopped one day after my first scan. I'm feeling sad, but ok. Having a week to come to terms with the likely outcome has helped. I know miscarriages at this time are usually chromosome related, so I am trying to be pragmatic about it all. D&C tomorrow & then back to stim cycle hopefully in February.

Hoping for incident free pregnancies for those pregnant & truck loads of babydust for all of us cycling again next year. Xxxxx
