I've pasted the text of the email below, in case you're interested:
I just wrote to 6 ministers about these changes... Especially when infertility isn't a choice!

The biggest of hugs @Hopeful37 😔. I'll be cycling next year so you'll be a few weeks ahead of me but you'll have your beta in 2016, right? Fingers and toes crossed for a new year full of BFPs! ✨👶✨

Hi kookii, thanks for your message xx I'm not sure about the timeline yet but I should find out today. That is if everything is ok with my hormones etc hopefully I will be starting meds today or tomorrow.

Omg it could be going up 40-50% out of pocket??! I had no idea it was in that range. Omg this dream is starting to get a little further away that's a huge increase

@Staaz thanks for posting that information.
Have they listed any respective email addresses for where we should forward our emails?

@Staaz thank you for sharing that... Hadn't heard any more about the changes for a while, of course it always seems so underhanded...

I just googled the 3 suggestions and emailed them from the info the website... I wonder if anyone has started an online petition

I emailed her and the minister for women and the prime minister... When you say she's supporting it as in saying it shouldn't change? I also email my local MP too...

Thanks @Staaz- will have o get on to that ASAP......

Big hugs to you @rainbow road and @RubyGirl......

@mrsthomo- how did you go today? Any luck? So sorry to hear your brother is difficult- I have one of those too.....he suffers from anxiety, depression and has had a couple of psychotic breaks and is very abusive and aggressive during those times.....it's so hard. Is there something that happened with your brother to trigger his behaviour? My brother unfortunately witnessed a family members's suicide attempt when he was only 5, and obviously it has really affected him. I know it's really hard......I'm thinking maybe the reason that your parents are changing things around to suit him is that maybe they are hoping that this is a turning point for him?? I know my mum does the same with my brother....it feels like the rest of us don't matter, but as a family friend explained to me once, we siblings are pretty independent, whereas he needs more help & support than we do.....I know it feels horrible at the time though.....

Ps have a look into Vit D for anxiety and mental health, have done a fair bit of research into that area to try to help my brother, and Vit D is one that pops up as being really deficient with mental Health issues...it Is also the precursor for progesterone production and we in Aus typically cover up and try to avoid the sun to avoid skin cancer, but in the meantime we are becoming deficient in Vit D (as is produced naturally in our bodies from the sun), so maybe even spend 10 mins in the sun too

Understand the angst about him having a Bub too though- it seems like everyone around me is dropping like flies- if they deserve it or not.....try to stay positive though!! Xo

Sorry if I've missed anyone, posting on phone after latest BT...... Have had some period like cramping and diarrhoea this morn (usually precedes AF), so not feeling too confident atm....

Had another acupuncture appt this morning as stress levels are rising! Hopefully will feel much better!

    Xo

They included these links - sorry the hyperlinks didn't work when I posted from my phone this morning so I had to leave them off!

Find senators in your state: http://www.aph.gov.au/Senators_and_Members/Parliamentarian_Search_Results?q=&sen=1&par=-1&gen=0&ps=0
Enter your postcode in the box or browse by state on the map for a list of senators with links to their emails.
    Australian Electoral Commission website: http://apps.aec.gov.au/esearch/
Enter your post code or suburb to find your Federal Electorate
Find your local member in the House of Representatives: http://www.aph.gov.au/Senators_and_Members/Members
Enter your postcode in the box or browse by state. You can also download contact details lists by name, party or electorate.
