Best of luck today @SMJ let us know how you get on what DPO are you?

@Tahli I've been known to test at 7DPO I think this time around I will be testing out the booster shots so I'll be peeing on everything way too early as well.

You're right though, kids are VERY resilient and as long as her carer's are stepping up to the plate to comfort her I'm sure she will be ok.

And all the physical therapy etc that you do with her - well, I'm sure she will be pushing right back pretty soon love!

It certainly makes it easier knowing she is happy to go too. It would be so much worse if they had to wrench her from your arms each time.

    You're doing well BIB
LOL!! I'm sure she will Luv!! I saw a few incidents of "argy-bargy" between other LO's vying for toys. Pushing/shoving when 1 child tried to take it off another & tears if they succeeded!!

Yes it was upsetting Luv but I know they've got it under control so that makes me feel more confident. I'd feel awful if the shoe was on the other foot & it was DD pushing over another child

She's happy to go to DC & Playgroup too so that does make me feel better knowing that We're off again this morning so fingers crossed she has an incident free day!!xo

P.S...Will post the supplements list shortly for you

@Blossom74 Here you go Luv. Do with it what you will!!!

For Her: Folic Acid (Megafol brand usually over the counter at the chemist) 1x5mg tab a day, Berroca 1x day (I substituted a Mega B capsule instead), Fish Oil 1000mg's a day, Zinc- 40mg's a day, Vitamin E 500mg's (1000iu) a day, Co-Enzyme Q10 200-400mg's a day (I did 300 mg's a day), Low dose aspirin 100mg's a day, DHEA 3x25mg caps a day, Melatonin 1x5mg capsule at night. I also added Vit D as I was low in it and Fresh Royal Jelly (1/2tsp a day) but you could take it capsule form too.

For Him: Aloe Vera Juice 20mls at night, Zinc 40mg's, Pumpkin seeds >10 per day (I just gave DP 1 tbs of peppita's every day), Folic Acid 5mg's a day, Goji berries 1xtbs a day or 20 mls a day of Goji berry juice, Selenium 100mcg/day.

You can take all of these right up until EPU (except the DHEA, you have to decrease to 1 capsule a day from Day 2 of stimms until EPU).

P.S....I also included the list for the Ladies for anyone else who might be interested

Just adding to this that Wazza adds bonus supplements for Endo, Adenomyosis and PCOS - if that is relevant to anybody else let me know. He also got DH to sit on ice for 30-60 minutes a night and he must wear boxers...

Just heard our frozen embie has come back PGD normal - I'm in shock! In TWT (5dp5dt) with a normal and now we have a spare. Love Wazza!!! I worked out yesterday that I've had more than 60 eggs collected since May, but it's only with PICSI and Wazza that we feel we are in with a chance again.
