I wasn't informed of this until day 5 and was rather unhappy at the time. It costs $450 and at the time I wouldn't have spent that on SD2's embryos as I hadn't intended on using them for myself. But of course fate has stepped in.
@Tahli - I've not heard of this - what the benefit of the embryoscope?

@greenlady the technology monitors the enbryos and there is less manual handling which is better for the embies.

PS: @Corbes I swore that if I was going to end up dipping into SD2's embryos then I'd only transfer one at a time as they were supposedly better quality than SD1's. It's amazing how your goal posts change the longer you're in this game!!

Now I can breathe again.. Much better blastocyst numbers this cycle for us.. Now praying the 2 biopsied are normal!

She also apologised that no one called yesterday as she'd left an obvious note asking for it to be done. She was giving me good news so I didn't care anymore by that stage
    Excellent results Luv!!! Fantastic!!!

Looks like I win the pot!!!!

Charlie 74 Congratulations love !! Great result!! Praying for pgd normals... the chances r high as you have got 1 earlier... Did LB do anything diff in your protocol this time ? It's good that at least you can get some relief for now... Even we wanted too do the same but don't know why LB suggested a fresh transfer on day 5 and pgd /freeze for the rest. So I had to do the scratch n intralipids n pred etc......will be stressing out with the tww in dec plus the result will be around Christmas time .... which I m not holding any hopes anyways..

Thanks Blondeinbrisvegas for your wishes as always. .. don't know what this thread would do without you love. I really hope all these drugs plus this down regulation protocol does some good to my embies... Starting having bad headaches from all these injections..

Bongley how r u doing love? Hope your gastro has gone away...

    Hello to everyone else

Love the embryoscope pics @Tahli. I would like it here with a live feed so you can check your embies 24/7. Maybe it would lessen the shock a bit on day 5 when you can see some are trailing behind.
