I've just heard from CFC & they've recommended 3 days of Viagra 25mg twice daily inserted vaginally. I'm guessing I need a prescription for Viagra? @BlondeinBrisvegas the solution was just as you suggested!
Pity they didn't get back to me yesterday so I could have had the benefit of being on them today. She asked me if I'd already booked my flights (uhm, yes of course, I fly out Sat) so I'm wondering if she's going to ask me to rescan on Friday. Oh my this could go quite pear shaped.

    Oh sh!t Luv!! I'm sorry😦 (((hugs))

So..is it a rescan in a week?? That has to hurt a little bit about your friend even though I'm sure you're happy & excited for her too.

    Oh...the frucking irony hey???😐

@JulieMalooley Enjoy your scan today Luv!!! At least you'll get a nice, long look at the pair of them while they do all the measurements etc!!: Can't wait to hear your update

@Sue77 Am sure you're off for another scan/bloods today Luv is that right??

for juicy, evenly growing and uniform follies in there!!!

@midnite01 I can see why you'd want it done and dusted before you go away Luv. it will be by then for you.

Hello to all the other Lovelies........

AFM: I'm sorry I've been MIA lately. Have had a lot going on in my little part of the world with DD so have been incredibly busy. I'm currently preparing her to attend DC at the beginning of Jan. That involves transitioning sessions at the DC a couple of times a week plus I'm taking her to Playgroup one day a week in addition to the P.T/O.T appointments. She's only ever been with me or DP since she was born (or my sisters have looked after her a handful of times for a little bit here and there) so have been concerned about how she'll adapt to the Carers/other children once she start hence the slow transitioning plan for her.

Things will be this way for me until the New Year when she starts so am apologising in advance as I won't be able to post as much as I have been lately though I will be following you all and participating when I can Sorry for the parenting talk but there was no other way for me to properly explain it and i wanted you all to know what the go was.

Best of luck with your daughter @BlondeinBrisvegas the slow transition sounds very sensible (unlike my son who will have had 2 new day cares in a matter of months by the new year , when you move area you just have to take what you can, when you can!) I'm sure she'll be looking forward to meeting her new little mates in no time and having a ball. You've done incredibly well to give so much useful feedback to everyone.

@JulieMalooley after reading your post i just had to tell you that i think your going to do an amazing job as a mummy of twins and here is why. Your babies chose you. They chose you. No one else but you and your dh. They wanted to come as siblings and they wanted to come to your home. When they are 6 months old and everyone is beyond happy and settled and confident in their abilities you will be wondering why you spent 8 months stressed and worried instead of enjoying it and you will want to turn back the clock to enjoy your pregnancy more. I know ivf teaches us disappointment to lose faith in the good times but now its here try to enjoy it. 😀

Very nicely said @Infinity. I think it's just the anticipation building up @JulieM, but once the bubbas arrive and you settle into a routine you will be over the moon.

@midnite01, I'm sorry it was not better news for you, though I am not entirely surprised by what the scan revealed. Did your FS give you any indication on how to proceed from here? Have you now stopped your meds? I think you're doing amazingly well with your 'onwards and upwards' plan. I hope you can make peace with this in your own time and then move forward confidently in 2016

AFM, another boring day of bookwork. Sigh.

I did go and see my GP yesterday. I wanted to run it past him that i was bone-achingly tired and my joints are hurting and I'm retaining fluid like a sponge. Yes. Attractive. Anyway, he reckons it's my BP meds and said "Can you hold out for another month? By then you might be doing another IVF cycle in which case you can't stay on those meds anyway."

Sigh. Yes, I suppose I can be miserably tired for another month....

It makes it very hard because I want to get out and walk to lose wight but I'm just too buggered. I've managed to keep off the 3kgs I lost but have not lost anymore despite being 'good.
