in case anyone's interested, I finished (& submitted) the ivf animation I was working on for my uni art subject assignment. I ended up hand stitching the 'frames', so it's 'drawn in thread' rather than pencil/charcoal. I had to stylise it quite a bit to make the shapes simpler as it was taking me so long to do. I dropped the rollercoaster idea too. so it's an animation of the processes. shows the main sequence, though I had to drop the repeated iterations too due to time limits (+ it had to be 2mins and already went over time). plus now I can join the fabric pieces together to make a wall hanging or blanket or something as a reminder of the whole process. I had the fear that some years down the track, when I'm into my plan b stage, I might forget what was involved. I hope not. hopefully the emotion is in the stitches now.

next I'd like to do some circles (ala Junko Oki), in finer thread (as it doesn't need to be thicker for the camera to pick up) to represent my lost embryos during this journey

@winsor loved it! I really liked the sound too. Gave me ASMR (where certain sounds give you a tingling sensation)

AFM another BT tomorrow, my lining was thin but it was early days (CD9 today) so they boosted my units up to 75 a day. Hopefully trigger or ovulate naturally by the end of the week I guess.

thanks guys. for the sound I made recordings of opening tablets, shaking the needle bin & vitamin bottles, turning the gonal-f dosage dial (though I can't seem to hear this, it must be too low) running the tap for all the drinks of water, the fan in my room keeping me cool. plus some ambient sounds from my Eno ipad app to keep me calm. it just repeats, like the multiple days of doing the meds/treatments.

good luck Bongley for your next BT & then trigger. EPU on monday, perhaps?

YOU CAN WITHDRAW YOUR SUPER TO PAY FOR IVF. Supercare will charge you $980. You can do it by yourself. Here is how to get things started.

Ok here is the deal. You need to call dept of human services 1300 131 060 and tell them you need to apply to withdraw your super on "compassionate grounds" (do not say fi actual hardship). They will need to give you an approval letter. You will also need to call your super fund and ask them to email you a claim form for withdrawing super assisted by dept of human services. Be strong. Stand your ground. This is allowed but not widely known so some staff will not know what to do.

@winsor Yeah I like the repetitive nature of it, certainly rings true! The follicles look great, those lovely big empty spaces.

No EPU this time it's just stim drugs to create an ovulation for an FET (confusing I know) It's a little frustrating to see some nice big follicles and know that there won't be an EPU. Transfer in about 10 days, so a while to wait yet.
