@midnite01 - it's crap. I've been in limbo land when you know it's not going to work out but you can't get closure. Hopefully you can get a scan soon and bring it to an end.

@Green lady I just can't believe your result from this week. My heart absolutely goes out to you. Huge hugs hun.
Hi to all the gorgeous girls!
@Tahli - I really can't believe it either. I woke up this morning and had a few seconds of bliss before I remembered. Those few seconds were nice.

@midnite01 keep in mind I'm on Synarel Angry Spray at the moment so pls cut me some slack if this is too blunt...I think your FS is being almost negligent with managing this for you. I believe you should have been scanned this afternoon in conjunction with your hcg result and then he/she could have planned the next step. You shouldn't have to keep putting meds into your body if they're not required. He/she should be supporting you and your body, not just dragging things out for you for yet another week. I'm angry in your behalf. This is as much about your emotional wellbeing as physical too. Would you consider a private scan earlier...just a thought. Hugs.

People don't choose to be infertile FFS! I mean even if I was 30, my DP has a medical issue that will STILL stop us from getting pregnant naturally regardless of my age. My friends hubby also has a genetic issue so the only way they can have children is IVF.. It's just so unreasonable that a wealthy country like this is going to make infertility only a problem for the people who just can't afford treatment anymore- so infertility will become a working class problem... I come from a very socialist Scottish background and this just does not sit right.. If u can afford treatment you can reproduce & have a family, but if your not making enough money.. Then bad luck. That's your problem... It's not right. If I was in the UK I'd get at least a few goes at IVF at no charge on the NHS. Here we pay, and I've handed over my money willingly- but now they want to completely bleed people who are vulnerable dry or take away the only hope they have. Makes me so angry
@Charlie74 - Men who know nothing about IVF and what it entails and how hard it is emotionally and physically and financially are making these decisions and generally speaking I don't consider myself a feminist as such)

I agree @Tahli - that's exactly what should be happening. when I had a blighted ovum last year my OB dragged it out for 3 weeks til 8 weeks when they finally agreed to give me a d and c. No sympathy for my mental torture at the time.

@midnite01 when I lived in the uk I had access to my hospitals early pregnancy unit's walk in clinic for situations like yours. I had many scans from self referring. Is there anything similar in the city you live in that you could access on a Saturday? I just really feel what you're going through.
