Oh really? I always wondered why some girls don't really get them. Does that mean your AF is usually painful?

Lets hope that's not far around the corner for either of us!

Not sure if you were referring to me serani. Sometimes I have a bit of discomfort a few days before AF like a bit of stabbing in the cervix and pulling pain on the right hand side near my hip bone but once AF arrives theres no pain involved. Its just really short and really light because lining is rubbish. I'm hoping acupuncture helps me with it all.

Wanted to add that luteal support has never delayed AF for me before. The only times I've made it to my beta were the times I've been pregnant.

good luck for Friday too! I'll be looking out for your update then. I've gotta get my name down for my BT before 7 and then drive 2.5hrs to Newcastle for work and then dinner and overnight stay at my in laws on Friday. So I really don't want to be a blubbering mess. For now though I'm gonna have some ice cream and watch some bachelor haha xx

Ashe did you do a fresh cycle? If so epu is classed as ovulation so you will get period 2 weeks from that

@Ashe87 I dont know the ins and outs of PCOS but Meshell23 could possibly be right. Count 10-14 days from EPU.
