Just an update, I got a call back from the Birth Centre, and my application has been accepted. First Appointment with the midwife next Friday. I still have my appointment on Monday with the Midwife through the hospital. So will be running all my questions and concerns past her, and hoping to do a hospital tour before Friday so I know where my heads at before transferring everything to the Birth Centre.

Feeling a lot more in control, thanks everyone for your wonderful advice.

I had my dd at the family birth centre back in 2012 and had the most amazing and calm waterbirth.

Didn't have such a great time with ds last year but was transferred to kemh as he was footling breech.

    Good luck
