I gave it 48 hours from last dose, but nothing happened- some light cramps in the first hour or so, and nothing after that.
Hope you get this sorted, big hugs

Thanks. I just hoped it would be all over by now. They told me it would happen quite quickly within 4-6 hours so a little deflated.

Did anyone take the RU486 tablet first?

I only took the miso straight up, no other tablets. When I took it orally like you have, I had 4 tablets, barely had any cramping at all and the spotting wasn't even enough to touch a pad so it sounds like you've had more than I did. When do you see your Dr again?

I had the 4 tablets, 2 hours apart. The RU tablet was meant to 'loosen' everything and the miso was to dilate the cervix. Well that's what they said.

I had a slight bit of bleeding this morning and passed a few small clots but nothing to think it was anything. Since then only when I wipe. The cramping has been nothing at all, not even worse than period pain.

I was to have a scan next week to check it all was passed so ill ring Monday if nothing has still happened.
