Breakfasts - omelette, eggy bread, vegemite/avocado/butter on toast; served with fruit and yoghurt.
Lunches - rice cakes or bread w vegemite/avocado/hummus; cheese; cherry tomatoes; more fruit and/or yoghurt
Dinner - bolognese (with loads of hidden veggies) and dinosaur pasta; chicken and veggie nuggets; salmon/tuna and veggie patties; arrancini; beef/lamb/chicken w roasted potato/pumpkin/sweet potato cubes plus carrots and steamed greens (the greens barely get touched but he is starting to get more interested).
I'm pretty sure he subscribes to the theory that if it's crumbed it tastes better.
