    Default Thermommix from eBay?

Hello all, we are looking to get a thermo mix, hubby thinks the ones on eBay are the same as the ones for sale by the consultant.....

Anyone had any experience, I'm not convinced.

    Thanks

If it says Thermomix not Thermomix replica such as Bellini etc then it should be a Thermomix. If it's not you'd have grounds of getting your money back.

Yep there are real ones from o/s on eBay.

But you don't get a warranty, some don't have an Australian plug, Thermomix in Australia will repair it for you at your cost if something goes wrong, I've heard of them arriving damaged as well - the scales are delicate.

If you decide you want to host a demo at some point, you're not eligible for any of the host rewards as it wasn't purchased in Australia.

For the few hundred bucks you're gonna save, it's not worth it.
