    Default Water birth at Mater

    Hi everyone,

Just wondering if the Mater in Brisbane does water births now. I heard that they were going to start about a year ago but I can't find any info. Would LOVE to hear from anyone that has had one there. Xx

I know but it hasn't been updated and I believe they may have started after September 2014.

Mamasupial, when I had DS2 there in Sept 2014 the midwives were talking about it and thought it may have become available by the time I was due (I had a planned c/s though). I was midwifery group practice and they were all for it in my group.
