Congrats Noms, knew you'd get it!
Now to give up the Coke eh.
in the second interview because I saw the questions before and got time to write down notes, I focused a lot on positive behaviour reinforcement, and trying to head off bad behaviour before it escalates etc.
so the discrepancies were of course huge. They wanted to make sure that is what I really meant, and that i would focus on the student as a whole and not just their bad behaviour. They have a lot of tough clientele and this 1/2 class is expected to be a doozy.
I've already been informed that one of the preps coming into g 1 only spends half days at school because of his behaviour
The other complication is the way this school works is there are 4 gr 1/2 composites. They team teach, so two groups of two. On one side in two classrooms are the level leader who also happens to be my sil- df's sister and her "partner". On my side will be myself and a new grad. My boys will be in gr 2 next year and together we have decided that my boys will be in with the grad and 1 because I want their Aunty to stay exciting and fun for them. So I will see them all day every day.
It's totally not ideal- but it's what has to happen.
And yes @mod-uniqey good bye Coca Cola!
I'll give it up too .
