Default What to do about child support?

Hi all. My ex has moved states so child support has no current details on him,he currently owes me a couple of grand worth of payment.
I have been contacting csa monthly to find out what's going on but they said they can't do anything as they don't have any current details on him.
They had no problem with tracking him down while in this state so I don't understand why it's taking so long now. He says he is working so unless it's cash in hand, csa should be able to find him.
I'm really starting to struggle. He has had no contact with the kids,I'm guessing because he isn't paying,I'm don't know.
is there anything I can do to find his details? His family are no help as he doesn't have contact with them.
Had anyone been in this situation before? How did you manage to get the money owed?

I know because before he cut contact with the kids, I messaged him about skyping them and he said "I'm at work still, will after".
I should have the email still but yes, I'm guessing that it must be cash in hand if the csa hasn't been able to find him??

They should definitely be able to track him down via his tax file number, do you have any documents filed away of his that you could find it yourself? If it's cash in hand there's not much you can do but if he's getting tax taken out of his pay, all the arrears will be taken out of his tax return when he does it (as long as he does it!) and given to you.
