Summer and Casaerdust. .... I can hear you ... m sure so many of us would have felt the same way many times in this gruelling journey. .. and its totally justified to feel so... but the fact is sooner or later we need to pull us up out of this and give ourselves the options of plan a b or c... we are all in there with you together... Please don't feel lonely.... and try to do something nice for yourself hugs xx

Going to pick up my plethora of drugs today... somehow just not feeling any excitement for this cycle. Just doing it to tick my boxes .. that yes I have tried down regulation plus intralipids etc etc... Anyways. ...

Has anyone used luveris or omnitrope ? How r they ???

@Sue77, I used Synarel, Luveris and Gonal F together in my first cycle. I tolerated the drug well, but it was a pain in the a$$ as I had to have two injections instead of one.

Everyone responds differently to drugs, so how well it worked for me doesn't necessarily translate into the same result for you. For me, I had a cr@p cycle - producing one single egg which failed to fertilise. That being said, I am 100% convinced my body was still reacting to 20+ years on the pill. I'm sure you will have much better results

I'm not surprised at all now as I would probably have a heart attack if I actually did get a positive. I've gone through all the usual with loads of tears and those feelings of just giving ivf up and a feeling I can't really describe. It's a yucky feeling of disgust for my body I suppose, for doing this to me, and you just wish you could shake it off but it stays. It's like a nasty stain that won't go away. Does anyone else feel that way after a bfn? I will continue to take all my drugs but will stop the acupuncture now and wait to see a new fs Dr NL to see what he says next week. I did consider another fet cycle straight away to get in before the end of the year but the odds of that working are so low I know it would just be my body killing another embryo and me throwing money to the wind again. I will have to cop the fees at the start of the year if I even can afford a main****** clinic which I will find out from DrNL I guess. I will get Dr Ms paperwork in too and reassess in the new year. Birthday is in two weeks which will not be a celebration as it's just another year of fertility gone and I've cancelled Christmas. I'm sure you get it @Summer. Just want to crawl into a ball now and have this year over with.

It's good there's some happy news still coming through on this thread and hope there's more to come soon. Sorry to be a downer ladies. Will step out the haze soon xx

@Caesardust, I'm so sorry for your BFN love.

And your feelings are completely valid. I think I too, felt disgust when I got my BFN, and when I got my BFP and then lost Blossom I felt nothing but guilt and hatred for a long while afterwards.

I think it's important to allow yourself to acknowledge whatever feelings you have, no matter how they are perceived by others. It is that grief that allows you to eventually move forward.

    Thinking of you, and hugs

I used HGH (Saizen) in Cycle 4 Luv. Had to mix that vial up too. Never tried Luveris as my LH levels were always good. It's meant to help with egg quality as well

For me, I don't think the Saizen helped my eggs on that particular Cycle, but the effects of it last for months in the body and I believe it may have helped with my eggs on Cycle 5 along with everything else I was taking in combination with the luck of the "Oocyte Lotto" draw at EPU. It's one of those meds that is worth a try (as you won't know if it'll help until you use it) if your FS will prescribe it and you can afford to do it as it's bloody expensive as you know though some PHI used to give some kind of refund not sure if any still do??
Good Luck Luv!!! for lots of lovely blasty's for testing!!!
