Juliemalooley what a horrible time you've had today with that appointment. At least they called you back which shows they care. I've got all things crossed that everything is going to be ok with the bubs x thinking of you.

    Default IVF over 40 #21

Actually I'm not spending all the time in bed. When I spoke to the nurse this arvo I asked if sitting at my desk working on the laptop counts as resting and she said it's fine. It's really the moving around they want me to stop. So it's been a lot of lounge time so far. Boooooredddd already. Lucky we had leftover spaghetti Bol from last night, not sure what DP will feed me for the next two weeks..
I'm getting a 'proper' ultrasound next Tuesday afternoon.

@Tahli, I am working from home today so will be checking in periodically (read: Obsessively) for an update. You have been in my thoughts much of late and I am really hoping you get to prove that be-atch of a nurse wrong and pull out ripping numbers to shove in her face. Best of luck love, I am crossing everything I have for you

@Caesardust, I am just so excited that you have 2 frosties tucked away. At 'our age' that really is a fab result love. I am quietly hoping that the emby you have on board is your keeper and it won't come down to you needing to do further transfers, but that is some peace of mind for you at least, and now you can relax a bit

@JulieM, good luck with your appointment today. Will you get to do another scan and see your bubbies today? Ha - who would have thought pregnancy would be such a pain in the a$$ I hope that settles down for you too.

A massive hello to everyone else Not much to report here - just work, work, work. I don't have any concrete plans for the weekend yet but hopefully DH and I will get out and about somewhere. I know there is a stack of weeding and mowing and weed spraying to do, so that will keep hubby out of my hair. I have some drawers I'd like to sort through, cull and reorganise so maybe that's on the cards.

Yes, I know what you're all thinking. What fun weekends Blossom has, and how can we get in on the action.....

    Blossom
Thanks Blossom for your comments. I'm turning 38 in 3 weeks so I imagine any future cycles the frosties will drop off completely, well day 5 ones anyway. I had really hoped that my birthday present this year might be the one to top them all but I highly doubt it. I just have that feeling it hasn't worked again. I realise it's impossible to know but you trust your gut instincts right?? Well time to pop a crinone and jab a clexy and trundle off to bed very early on a Friday night. I have nothing other than study and work planned for the weekend so I think mine must be the most boring of all you lot 😀.

    If you're really lucky you'll get 1 then Luv😊

I think most women have them show up from 12dpo onwards. As long as it does that's all that matters!!😁
