@midnite that's great you've got someone you connect with. I'm seeing a lovely lady in Cheltenham who has a good understanding of immune issues. Thank god for acupuncture on days like these!!

    Do you fall asleep generally?

Yeah shes great she specialises in infertility acupunct and knows her stuff. I do get a nap now but it took me ages to unwind and relax.

Ladies if we need a plan b do you reckon it might be worth doing a phone consult with dr mattias to see if we have any other immune issues going on? My fs treats me on prednis clexane etc but ive never been tested for it.

Hi. It's neither. It's a different thing all together. It's kefir grains and it's made with water and organic sugar. They eat the sugar. My cousin got me into it. She looks and is so healthy and had her first natural pregnancy at AGE 43 and is now pregnant again naturally with her second!

You do have to keep your kubulcha 6-10 feet away from the kefir as the kefir may turn into a skobi.

Yes start on just 1/4 cup a day. It's a nicer taste than kabulcha. 😊

Tahli ... Chasing betas is stressful, keep your chin up its going up and well in the vicinity of normal ( normal which varies substantially !) try try keep optimistic don't get too ahead of yourself ( I learnt that one the hard way) and book another bt for end of the week ... I absolutely sympathise with you I've chased betas and they have gone both ways so completely understand. I think your results so far mean you should be optimistic it's the only way, it's not over till the fat lady sings and all that, thinking of you

    'Morning ladies

Just popping in to wish you all a lovely day.

@Caesardust, for some lovely frosties for you today. I will be stalking for updates.

@Bongley, hope your scratch test goes ok and you're not too uncomfortable afterwards. Will be thinking of you.
@midnite01, hang in there love. I am sending lots of your way that all is well.

@Tahli, how are you feeling today hon? Hopefully tomorrow will bring the good results we are all hoping for. As the others have said, try and stay positive and take care of yourself

@Corbes, your stick compares favourably to the ones proceeding it!

AFM, all well here. Starting to get back to 'normal' is most ways and generally am doing ok. Occasionally I have a bit of a 'moment' but I suppose I'm entitled to that as it's not even been 4 weeks since my D&C.

I went to feed the dog and kitten the other day, and they didn't come for their food as per usual. I went round the back and the back door was shut, so one of the following has occurred: (1) My neighbour is home and 'hiding out' with the animals inside (2) She sent someone around to collect the animals and take care of them (3) The Police sent the ranger around to colect them and take care of them, or (4) The dog ran inside, the cat followed, and they accidentally locked themselves inside.

I am going with Options 2 or 3 though, as I've not heard a peep out of the house, and there have been no lights on for the past few days. Weird that someone was able to come and collect them without me spotting them with my constant surveillance - they must have done it in the dead of night! Well, that's Option 2 then. Hmmm. Either way, I'm not feeding them anymore.

Oh! Our plumbing FINALLY got fixed. And so ends a week of living with a Portaloo in my back yard. Thank God!

Weight wise I've been VERY good but sadly have managed to put ON a kilo of the weight I lost. WTF!?

No, its on both butt cheeks sort of mid height. I'll be interested to see if it goes away when I stop all the drugs. Maybe I'm sitting with a different posture or something too...

Good luck today @Bongley and hang in there @Tahli. The intralipids will NOT be a waste of time - you mark my words. Having thought about it, I tend to agree with what others have said. You may have taken a backward step because one has dropped off and therefore its hcg has gone away too. Tomorrow will give you your answer...

Good luck today @Bongley. I had cramping straight after the procedure which lasted for about an hour but then I was ok. I hope yours isn't too painful and the cramping doesn't hang around for too long.
@Caesardust I hope you have 3 frosties today and when you go to use one in a few years (as this transfer will be succesful) that you use them at another clinic.
@Tahli thinking about you and hope you are doing ok.
@Blossom74 that was nasty of that kilo to creep up on you like that. I hope it wasn't the measly kilo that I have lost.
