My mum saw a psychic when I was ttc DD. She saw him in July. He said to tell me to relax and I'd be pregnant in November. Low and behold, I got my BFP in the November of that year

Totally agree with the others charasym. Cramps are definitely normal! Fingers crossed!

And I'm sorry to the others with BFN's, if you're still around. Wouldn't blame you if you've moved to the Jan thread in order to look ahead to the never cycle.

I should be ovulating in the next few days and last month with the first response ones I was getting a faint second line at this stage. Do people find the test line goes as dark or darker than the control line just before ovulation?
    Hi Mulzer,
I've been using IC OPKs now for close to 10mths. Sometimes my second line is darker than the control but not always. The one mth I used first response I fell - ended in chemical. This month I decided to use both and the only reason I caught O was the first response. I probably would have missed it with the ICs. Everyone's body is different (varied levels of lh) but for me first response is more reliable!

Congratulations ChatlotteA on your BFP! Has it sunk in yet?

Lil Smurfy you must be excited to test? The little pain you had is a great sign!

So I just did an Internet cheapie hpt and a second line came up within 2 minutes . Am in shock!! I've been off a lot of foods and getting nauseous from certain smells for the last 2 days and getting lower back pain today which is why I tested. Will go buy some first responses and test again in the morning. Crap photo sorry guys the line is very visible and pink in person though, faint but definitely there.
Oh and I've been craving mcdonalds for 2 days which is weird as I don't eat a lot of it (if it's a false positive I've built up a lot of symptoms in my head, lol).

It's definitely a line at any rate. Whether is a dodgy test or not I'll find out tomorrow hopefully.
