My all time fave, healthy, quick and sooooo yummy "go -to" dinner... Wrap with skinless chicken breast, cajun seasoning, dressing is Greek yoghurt with lemon juice, mint and minced garlic, grated cheese, spinach leaves, tomato.

    This was last night's dinner.ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1448603820.336198.jpg

It's a kind of Italian chicken drumsticks (I opened a can of tomatoes the previous night by accident so needed to use it up) and a sort of pasta/cauliflower/pea creamy bake thing. It was actually quite nice!

This is what the kids are having tonight. Not the healthiest meal ever but it's Friday, so whatever!

Sausages, toasted Turkish bread, and DDs favourite salad (cucumber, corn, tomato chopped small). 16mo DS is having roast pumpkin cubes instead of the salad.

It's funny you say that, I have been whinging to DH for weeks that I'm so bored of my boring meals! Have been feeling very uninspired. Threads like this are great for my motivation!
