@SoThisIsLove, in a fry pan add bit of oil then add few teaspoons of whole grain mustard, Dijon mustard, mustard powder, a tub of cream and about half cup of white wine, bit of salt and allow to cook and reduce until slightly thicker. Then add to your chicken.
All looking delicious!!

Slightly off topic but can anyone recommend a healthy plain, Greek or natural yoghurt? I like to make flavoured yoghurt over summer using fresh fruit?
