Quinoa tabouli ( parsley, cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta, pomegranate, sesame seeds, quinoa , lemon juice and olive oil) and oven baked flat head fillets with fresh sour dough bread crumbs and chia seeds, and steamed veggies for DS ( He prefers veggies over the salad!)
